After an honorable discharge from the United States Army Medical Corp in 1992, Dr Edward Clinite settled in Tuolumne County with his wife Debbie and their three children. Ed and Debbie chose Tuolumne County for the many opportunities available to their children in a safe, friendly, family oriented rural community.
Ed practiced full service Family Medicine and is honored to have cared for the many residents of our community. He served as the Chief of Staff and Chief Medical Officer of Adventist Health-Sonora.
Outside of health care, Ed served as a Trustee on the Columbia Union School District Board and Sonora Union High School District Board. His other community activities and support include Tuolumne County Aquatics, Tuolumne County Aquatic Masters, Tuolumne County 4-H, Mother Lode Youth Gun Club, Foothill Pregnancy Center and Adventist Health Cancer Center Capital Campaign.
Ed and Debbie enjoy hiking, traveling and being grandparents,. They presently attend the Church of the 49’ers in Columbia.
